Transformative connected breath & somatic work to experience a deep letting go!
This We spend the first 10 minutes grounding and understanding the technique and process folowed by 40 minutes of intensive breathwork practice. Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful form of circular breathwork that can help clear mental blocks, release negative emotions and find clarity and purpose. We will close with a 30 minute sound bath for integration.
