Body conditioning through awareness of Ida, Pingala & Sushumna
This workshop will focus on body conditioning techniques through reptile movements, martial movements & yoga with sequences enhancing the awareness and usage of manipura and mooladhara (central axis). It will also include animal walks/postures to explore the power of the core when the spine is parallel to the ground. This session will be a mix of kalari vadivus (stances) and yoga asanas combined with mobility techniques (elephant walks in adhomukho and frog jumps in malasana).
