Rohit Yog has been practicing Yoga for 10 years beginning in Varanasi, learning under great Sadus and Gurus. Certified from Bharti Vidya bhavan YOGA SHASTRI & AYI» a 300 hours course, he has also practice one year under professional Iyengar teachers in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Rohit gives Hatha (all level) and Flow Yoga classes.
Rohit’s classes are focused on awarness, breathing, body posture and alignment. Mediation, pranayam and chanting are part of his class too, connecting the mind and the body. Each class is based more either around twisting, forewoard bending or balancing. It is a good therapeutic class for people having back problems or other injuries.
